General contractor of the design-build construction project for the remodeling of Rafael Rivera Otero school, including a new basketball court.
Lilly - Carolina, PR
General Contractor for the remodeling of manufacturing and packaging area that includes cleanrooms, warehouse, offices, laboratory, training rooms, data rooms, electrical rooms and mechanical utilities rooms. This project included all disciplines as part of a turn-key operation.
Johnson & Johnson & Sampol - Gurabo, PR
Cogeneration Plant based on two natural gas engines, a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) to produce saturated steam from engines exhaust gases and a heat exchangers system to recover heat from engines cooling circuits to produce hot water. The plant is integrated with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) as back-up system. Cogeneration represents a 40% reduction in fuel consumption, and therefore in emissions to the environment
Bristol Myers Squibb - MANATI, PR
General Contractor for the construction of an incoming lab and MRO segregation project expansion that included all disciplines as part of our contract such as soil improvements, structural steel, precast panels, concrete walls, gypsum board walls, utilities and perimeter improvements including loading docks, asphalt pavement, site works and landscaping.
Pioneer - Salinas, PR
General Contractor for the design and build construction of a New Research Facilities that included clean rooms, laboratories, offices and lobby. Stone columns were implemented as part of the soil improvement.
PR Army National Guard - Salinas, PR
General Contractor for the turnkey design/build of a new 8,000 square foot fire station apparatus building.
OcyonBio - Aguadilla, PR
General Contractor for the construction of a 72,000 sqft cGMP Manufacturing/Medical Device facility which includes manufacturing rooms, clean rooms (ISO 7 & 8), laboratories, administrative offices, data rooms, electromechanical utilities (chillers, pumps, AHU, re-heat water & diesel generator) medical gases and special systems. In addition to the construction of a building expansion for the welcoming center lobby with access roads and landscaping.
AAA Enrique Ortega WTP
Constructed a new access road to the raw-water intake pump station at the river dam, and installed four generators totaling 11.5 MW to power the intake — for AAA's (PRASA) Enrique Ortega Water Treatment Plant. The Enrique Ortega Water Treatment Plant supplies potable water to more than 100,000 residential and commercial customers across northern Puerto Rico.
